Decisions

Do you ever feel like you're at a crossroads in life?  Then, how about a crowded intersection with five o'clock traffic on a Friday night?  That life is causing you to make all kinds of tough decisions and you don't know whether your equipped to make them?  Or, you know that you can make the decision, you just don't know if you'll make the right decision among the possible answers...solutions...directions? And then, you get to thinking, and wonder if there even is a right direction. I mean, who's to say that North is better than South? Or that you might not be happier out West?  Yeah?  Me too.  And I happened upon this quote tonight, which seemed very fitting for how I'm feeling about some upcoming decisions.  Some big decisions that need to be made in regards to me and going to Grad school and/or getting a job and where my kids are going to school or home school and lots of other stuff.  More to come when decisions are made.  For now, I'll lean toward the power of prayer and have faith that the choices I make about the "the next phase" will be the right decisions and the right phase.  I'm not one to baulk at the idea of making a tough decision, but sometimes there are so many of them to make all at once that I want to just curl up in my warm, fluffy bed in my cozy pajamas and go back to sleep.  Oh, and tequila...gotta have the tequila when you're making them darn decisions!  Why didn't anyone ever tell me that decisions were the hardest part of being a grown up?  Here's to "the next phase" and decisions!  Cheers!! (Chug, chug, belch...smile...I'm headed back to bed.)

Hope the rest of the swim meet was fun for the kids....and decisions!!!!!!I'll definitely be praying for you all on that one!!!!! No advice here...

Just pray about it all and sit back...the answers will come to you! They really will. He has been blessing my family a LOT lately! Let him talk to you and really take some time for your own personal bible reading...your answers will sneak right up on you! Love you all!
